Yellow

This weeks challenge was yellow. I had a lot on my plate this week so didn't stray far for yellow.
Love these little guys, I always make sure I get a couple of them every year. Doesn't it looks like little faces? They come in red and purple too. I plant them with an upright Fuchsia and the hummingbirds go wild over the pot every year.
Clover yes another weed, but still a beautiful dainty flower all the same. I am that person you see digging daisies, chicory and passion flowers up on the side of the road!! My gardens are wild and almost unkempt just the way I love them.

I used to dig the daisies, and dandelions. Not any more, because I am busy blogging and look at beautiful flowers on the computer.

Thanks for visiting my site.

Like you fushias. I did look carefully and saw the eyes and mouth.

WOW that first photo is pretty interesting. How cute that it really does look like a little face. I wonder what type of flower it is.

I actually thought about doing the entire shoot in the ditch out front. We get great "weeds" here, don't we?

Ooh, I love the first flower! I've only seen the red cigar plants, but I much prefer yours! The faces are great!

The faces are very cute - what are they. I'd love to have some of them. I like that unkept look too. Great job.

OK, so I read and found that you had already answered my question. Going tomorrow to see what I can find. Thanks.

Great shots and I'm stealing the gardening tip. I had hummers for the first time here in the middle of nowhere last summer. Anything to help them return!

beautiful! Is it clover or wood sorrel? They look very similar only the sorrel leaves are heart shaped.
Very tastey.
